early to bed early to rise makes a man strong healthy and wise

I've been sleeping late and waking late. 10 hours of sleep daily and I still feel tired, worn out, exhausted, lethargic. My entire body, from my scalp all the way down to my toe, hurts so badly as if I've been slaving for the past few days.

Perhaps the old saying is right.

I always thought as long as I get enough sleep, dont care what time I go to bed and what to I get up it doesn't matter. There's sometime this year where I sleep at 11pm and wake up at 8am everyday and I dont feel what I'm feeling now.

I need a really good spa.

Good and cheap one. Anyone knows where?
